I want to share something I just uncovered about myself, because I know I’m not the only one.

Today, standing in the bathroom, I asked myself hard questions about my past. If I was the woman I am now, would I have gone back to the relationship that broke me? The truth hit me — no. I would have left and never looked back.

But here’s what I also discovered: there was still a part of me that felt afraid. Afraid no one would see the truth. Afraid he’d get away with what he was doing. Afraid people would believe him over me — even though I was telling the truth. That fear sat in my chest like a heavy stone.

Sisters, sometimes we leave the person, but we still carry the fear. It lives in the body, waiting to be seen, acknowledged, and released.

But here is the good news: we are not the same women we were back then.
🌱 We have boundaries now.
🌱 We know our worth now.
🌱 We don’t need anyone’s validation to confirm that we deserve respect, safety, and peace.

If you are in this place too — scared, but still standing — I want you to know this: you are not alone. You are seen. Your truth matters. And you can release the fear, step by step.

Take a deep breath with me and say:
🕊️ I am safe. I am seen. I am free. I will not be silenced. I am not the woman who stayed — I am the woman who rose.
