This session is designed for those who are ready to move out of panic, confusion, and overwhelm and into clarity, pacing, and self-trust.
There is no āone-size-fits-allā healing journey.
Your body has its own history, its own stress responses, and its own paceāand we will work with it, not against it.

Duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes (virtual or in-person)
š± What This Consultation Includes
This is a 1:1 educational and body-based wellness counseling session, where we focus on teaching you how to understand and respond to your body.
Together, we will:
⢠Review your recent blood work (required prior to session)
⢠Identify patterns in your health history
⢠Discuss how stress, trauma, and chronic nervous system activation impact digestion, appetite, inflammation, and fatigue
⢠Create a DIY meal plan tailored to your body, lifestyle, and capacity
⢠Provide guidance on herbs, tinctures, or supportive foods for you to order independently
⢠Learn how to pace yourself, rather than copying someone elseās detox or diet
Once your plan is created, follow-through is your responsibility. This is intentionalābecause sustainable healing requires agency, not dependence.
If you desire weekly support, that is available for an additional fee.
š§ Nervous System Education (ABA-Informed)
From an ABA and behavioral perspective, the body learns through reinforcement, repetition, and safety cues.

In this work, we focus on regulating the nervous system first, so food becomes supportiveānot stressful.
We reduce maladaptive patterns (like stress-eating or food avoidance) and replace them with body-informed, self-paced behaviors that your system can sustain.
šæ What to Expect During Healing
When the body is given the right inputs, it does what it does bestāit heals itself.
During this process, it is normal to experience: ⢠Skin detox or breakouts
⢠Increased mucus release
⢠Vaginal, nasal, oral, or ocular discharge
⢠Runny nose or watery eyes
⢠Temporary fatigue or fevers
These are signs of elimination, not failure.
The body often uses the skin and natural openings as exit routes for lymphatic congestion and mucusāwhere disease and stagnation tend to live.
When these substances are removed, the body naturally recalibrates.
