When you sit in my chair, it’s never just about hair. As I work, I’m listening — not only to what you say about your hair, but about your life. Whether it’s your children, your job, your health concerns, your stress levels, or your daily routines — I take it all in, because everything you share matters.

After your appointment, I don’t just forget about you. I sit down and research your symptoms, review any blood work you may have brought, and begin connecting the dots. This allows me to create a plan that fits your life — a plan you can actually stick with, whether it’s focused on restoring your health, regrowing your hair, or both.

✨ This is a separate service, and it is an investment in yourself.
The price for me to sit down with you, look over your blood work, and assist you with a meal plan that is simple and sustainable is $100.

Likewise, if you are coming to me because your hair is thinning, breaking, shedding excessively, or refusing to grow in certain areas, we must look deeper. Hair is often the body’s mineral “bank,” and when it is breaking, your body may be pulling resources from your hair because you are deficient in key nutrients.

✨ The cost for a full Hair & Health Consultation is also $100.
During this session, I create a plan with you that can focus on growing your hair, or healing your body — which will ultimately heal your hair from the inside out.

🌱 Ongoing Support & Herb Plans 🌱

Once you invest in this $100 consultation, you have the option to continue working with me on a longer-term plan — for example, a 3-month or 6-month plan — where I can track your progress and adjust your recommendations.

At this stage, you’ll pay for the herbs you need plus one of three fee options for my sourcing and research:

Base Fee + Per Item: $15 base fee + $5 for each additional herb sourced

Flat Fee: $25–$30 flat rate for sourcing everything you need

Percentage Fee: 10–20% of the total herb order cost


This ensures that whether you need just one bottle of herbs or a complete protocol, you are only paying for the time and research that matches your level of need.
