REFUND/RETURN POLICY
The Sacred Unicorn will NOT issue any refunds to Clients for any products. If there is an issue with a product, we will ship out a new one once the other is received.
Custom order requests will always be made in the likeness of The Sacred Unicorn, with respect to the client.
If there is an issue with your product, and you’d like to make a claim, please email mail to: healthyself@thesacredunicorn. com
Every claim will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and a determination will be made within 30 business days. Should negligence of The Sacred Unicorn be found, we will credit the Client's account, by way of a Store Credit, for the products purchased excluding shipping cost; no taxes will be returned to the Client, nor will any cash refunds be made.
